The Anglerfish Magazine has a humble origin. It was founded by one man, Brandon Dannenhoffer, who had a dream: Create the first ever magazine by Nerdfighters for Nerdfighters. He took his idea to the Nerdfighter forums, Our Pants, and soon a legacy was born. Through endless threading, more people joined in on the project, and a structure was formed. The dream had become a reality.

 

The Anglerfish is a monthly magazine written by a group of dedicated Nerdfighters who want to decrease some of the world suck in the world. Every month you will find articles covering a wide array of topics including: The Nerdfighter Spotlight (An interview with a member of the Nerdfighter Community), The Anglerfish Movie Club, our Featured Fandom article, articles on important polticial and social battles, international news, book reviews, and articles on the latest and greatest in technology. The Anglerfish also proudly shows off the work of all Nerdfighters by having a reader submission section at the end of each article displaying all the artwork and writing that makes the Nerdfighter Community so special.
